Audit Logs records actions across company entities, beyond asset-only activity.
Review a log
Filter by action, user, or date range. Select a row to view its detail record. The toolbar also offers an Excel export.
If you only need changes to asset records, use the Asset audit trail.
| List column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Timestamp | Date and time the action occurred. |
| User | Member who performed the action, or System. |
| Action | Action type, such as Create, Update, Delete, View, Export, or Login. |
| Entity | Type of record affected. |
| Reference | Identifier of the affected record. |
