Asset audit trail

The asset audit trail shows recorded actions on assets and the people who performed them.

Filter activity

Search the trail or narrow it by action, asset, user, and date range. The page also provides an Excel export.

Card or column	What it shows
Total Actions	All recorded asset actions.
Assets Modified	Distinct assets touched by recorded actions.
Users Active	Distinct actors in the asset history.
Today	Asset actions recorded today.
Asset	Asset name.
Tag	Asset tag.
Action	Type of recorded change, such as Updated, Transferred, or Restored.
Performed By	Member who performed the action.
Details	Remarks describing the change.
Date	Date of the action.
