Monitoring gives a live overview of the asset portfolio.
Read the portfolio
Monitoring shows three portfolio totals followed by status and asset-type breakdowns.
For time-sensitive warranty, AMC, and maintenance lists, start with the Dashboard. For report tables, use Asset reports.
| Card or breakdown | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Total Assets | Active, non-deleted assets. |
| Total Value | Combined purchase price of the assets, shown as currency. |
| Critical Assets | Assets flagged as critical. |
| Status Breakdown | Asset counts by lifecycle status. |
| Asset Type Breakdown | Asset counts by type. |

Follow items needing attention
For expiring warranties, AMC contracts, and upcoming maintenance, use the Dashboard. For requests awaiting a decision, open Pending Approvals.
