QR scanner

Scan or look up

Recent Scans lists records opened through the scanner.

To prepare a printable code first, read QR labels. A successful lookup identifies the same record described in Asset details.

   Open QR Scanner.

   Choose Scan with camera when your device supports it, or enter the asset tag or QR code.

   Review the matching asset and its available actions.

Act on the result

The result panel provides actions for updating condition, recording a movement, requesting a transfer, or requesting maintenance where available.

• Open asset transfers

Update condition

   Find the asset

   Sidebar›Operations›QR Scanner›Scan or Look up

2. 2

   Select Update Condition

   Choose the current condition and add remarks if useful.

3. 3

   Save the update

   The asset condition is updated.

Record a movement

1. 1

   Find the asset

   Sidebar›Operations›QR Scanner›Scan or Look up

2. 2

   Select Record Movement

   Choose the destination and add remarks if useful.

3. 3

   Save the movement

   The asset's location is updated and the movement is recorded.
