QR labels connect physical assets to their records in Ark.
Design a label
The dialog previews a sample label as you change its settings. Saving updates the company's QR label design.

Open QR Design

Choose the layout and fields
Use the live preview to check the label. Drag fields to change their print order.

Select Save Design
The design is saved for future asset QR labels.
| Field | Required | Details |
|---|---|---|
| Label Type | Optional | Rectangle, Square, or Custom. Rectangle is used when no company setting is saved. |
| Width (in) | Optional | Uses the preset for Rectangle or Square. Editable for Custom; a custom value must be positive. |
| Height (in) | Optional | Uses the preset for Rectangle or Square. Editable for Custom; a custom value must be positive. |
| Label Fields | Optional | Choose which asset details print on the label, then drag them into order. |

Print and scan
Open an asset and use Print QR to prepare its label. The QR Scanner can then look up the record from the printed code or asset tag.
After printing, QR scanner explains camera scanning, manual lookup, and the actions available on a result.
