The Assets page starts with actions for adding records, then search and filters, then a table of active assets. Opening a row takes you to that asset's detail page.
Create, import, or design a label
The top-right toolbar offers Create Asset, Import, and QR Design when you can edit records. Start with Create and import assets for both add flows and their field requirements. QR labels explains the design dialog and printing an asset label.
Search and filter the register
The search box is followed by filters for category, type, status, location, department, and vendor. Type choices depend on the selected category. Clear removes active filters. The list is paginated when there are more records.
Category and type are explained in Categories and Asset types. For the meaning of each status, open Asset statuses.

| Asset Tag | The asset's identifying tag. |
| Name | The asset name. Select the row to open its record. |
| Type | The asset type, with its category underneath. |
| Status | The asset's current lifecycle state. |
| Location | The assigned location, or Not assigned. |
| Purchase Price | The recorded purchase price, formatted as currency. |
| Book Value | The asset's current book value, formatted as currency. |
| Depreciation | The depreciation rate as a percentage and progress bar. |

Open an asset and continue
Select a row to open the asset's record. Asset details explains the editable cards, valuation, documents, history, transfer, and maintenance actions.
Removed records are in Deleted assets, where authorized members can restore them.
