Pending Approvals collects transfer and maintenance requests that need a decision.
Review the queue
Use the transfer and maintenance tabs to find the request. Open its detail page to read the asset, request information, and activity before taking action.

|---|---|
| Pending Transfers | Transfer requests awaiting approval. |
| Pending Requests | Maintenance requests awaiting approval. |
| Total Pending | Pending transfers and maintenance requests combined. |
- The Asset Transfers tab lists transfer number, asset, tag, requester, requested date, and status.
- The Maintenance Requests tab lists request number, asset, type, priority, requester, requested date, and status.
- Select a row in either tab to open the request before deciding on it.

Take action
Approving and rejecting are offered only to members with the required role and for requests in the appropriate status. The request detail page shows the actions currently available to that user.
