Maintain the list
Search the list and select a row to view or edit its details.
Create a type here before it can be selected in Request Maintenance.

Open Create Maintenance Type

Fill in the details
Enter a name and code; add a description if helpful.

Select Create Maintenance Type
The type becomes available in the maintenance request form.

| Name | Required | The name shown in maintenance type selectors. |
| Code | Required | Short identifier for the type. |
| Description | Optional | Additional information about the service category. |
List columns
| List column | Shows |

| Name | Maintenance type name; select the row for details. |
| Code | Type code. |
| Description | Shortened description, when present. |
| Created At | Creation date and time. |
