The Asset Reports directory groups available reports by inventory, finance, maintenance, and operations.

Choose a report

The directory links Asset Summary, Asset List, Assets by Category, Assets by Location, Depreciation Schedule, Warranty, AMC, Maintenance, Assignment, Movement, Transfer, and Disposal reports.

If you need to change a record rather than report on it, use Browse the asset register and then Asset details.

Report	What it shows
Asset Summary	Portfolio totals and counts by status, condition, category, location, and department.
Asset List	Detailed asset register with identity, classification, location, assignment, and purchase fields.
Assets by Category	Asset count, purchase value, and status mix for each category.
Assets by Location	Asset count, purchase value, and status mix by location, including unassigned assets.
Depreciation Schedule	Original value, rate, useful life, accumulated depreciation, book value, and salvage value per asset.
Warranty	Assets grouped by warranty expiry window, with their end dates.
AMC	Assets grouped by AMC expiry window, with vendor, cost, and end date.
Maintenance	Requests with type, priority, status, requester, and request date.
Assignment	Assigned and unassigned totals, plus assignee and custodian breakdowns.
Movement	Movement, assignment, and status-change history.
Transfer	Transfer requests, status, source, destination, requester, and reason.
Disposal	Disposal requests and financial totals, including value and gain or loss.

Inventory and value

Asset Summary shows four KPI cards and five distribution tables. Its Export Excel action downloads the summary.

Card or table	What it shows
Total Assets	All active assets.
Critical Assets	Assets marked as critical.
Total Value	Combined purchase value of all assets.
Average Value	Mean purchase value per asset.
By Status	Asset count for each lifecycle status.
By Condition	Asset count for each condition, including Unspecified.
By Category	Asset count for each category.
By Location	Asset count for each location, including Unassigned.
By Department	Asset count for each department, including Unassigned.

Use the detailed Asset List

Search assets or filter by category, status, condition, location, and department. Clear removes active filters. Export Excel uses the selected filters.

Column	Shows
Asset Tag and Name	Asset identity.
Category and Type	Asset classification.
Status and Condition	Lifecycle state and physical condition.
Location and Department	Where the asset is recorded and which department holds it; unassigned values are labeled.
Assigned To	Person assigned to the asset, or Unassigned.
Serial Number	Manufacturer serial number, if present.
Purchase Date and Purchase Price	Date and amount recorded for procurement.
Vendor	Associated purchase vendor.

Service and operations

The Maintenance Report supports search and filters for status, priority, request type, asset, and date range. Its rows show request number, asset and tag, maintenance type, request type, priority, status, requester, and request date.

Assignment and disposal cards

Report card	What it shows
Assignment: Assigned Assets	Assets with a named assignee.
Assignment: Unassigned Assets	Assets without a named assignee.
Assignment: Assignees	Distinct named people holding assets.
Assignment: Custodians	Members holding assets in custody.
Disposal: Total Disposals	Number of disposal requests.
Disposal: Book Value	Net book value of disposed assets.
Disposal: Disposal Value	Proceeds from disposals.
Disposal: Gain / Loss	Disposal proceeds less cost and book value.

Category and location cards

Report card	What it shows
By Category: Total Assets	Assets across all categories.
By Category: Total Value	Combined purchase value of those assets.
By Category: Categories	Categories that contain assets.
By Location: Total Assets	Assets across all locations.
By Location: Total Value	Combined purchase value of those assets.
By Location: Locations	Locations that contain assets.
By Location: Unassigned	Assets without a linked location; the page also shows their purchase value.
