Invitations let you grant someone access to an Ark company.

Invite and follow up

Search invitations or filter by status. The list shows who invited each person and when the invitation expires.

Choose roles using Roles and access as a reference. Once accepted, the person appears in Members.

Choose at least one role.

Send the invitation
Ark confirms that the invitation was sent. Its status appears in the list.

Field	Required	Details
Email	Required	The recipient's email address. It must be valid.
Roles	Required	Choose one or more roles to grant when the recipient accepts.

List column	Shows
Email	Invitation recipient.
Roles	Roles offered to the recipient.
Status	Pending, Accepted, Rejected, Revoked, or Expired.
Invited by	Member who sent the invitation.
Sent	Creation date and time.
Expires	Expiration date and time.
Actions	Pending invitations can have roles changed or be revoked. Revoked, expired, or rejected invitations can be resent when editing is available.

Card	What it counts
Total	All invitations.
Pending	Invitations awaiting a response.
Accepted	Recipients who joined the company.
Rejected	Invitations declined by recipients.
Revoked	Invitations cancelled by an admin.
Expired	Invitations past their expiry date.
