Ark assigns capabilities through one or more roles on a member account.
Available roles
A screen or action may also depend on request status and the current member's relationship to the record. The interface shows only actions available to that member.
To grant or change a role, open Members or set roles while creating an Invitation.
- Company Admin manages organization-level settings and people.
- Asset Custodian manages asset operations assigned to that role.
- Asset Approver reviews transfer and maintenance requests.
- Finance Officer can view finance-related controls, including invoices.
- Purchase Officer is available as an assignable role.
